Also try not to wear clothes that will stick to your tattoo, and avoid swimming and the sun for about 2 weeks. And take cool showers. Scalding hot water will not only hurt, but it can also fade the ink.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 18.75pt; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: black;\">If your tattoo scabs a bit or develops hard layers, don\u2019t worry.
