Studio Daily Booth Rental Agreement

This Independent Contractor Agreement is entered into by and between:

Little Savage Tattoo LLC (“Company”)

AND

Your name when entered at checkout (“Independent Contractor”)

Effective Date: The date selected and purchased at checkout after adding to cart.

1. Purpose

The Contractor is renting a studio booth space at Little Savage Tattoo for the purpose of providing tattoo services as an independent contractor.

1. Studio Daily Booth Rent

• Independent Contractor agrees to pay $75 per day as booth rental. 
• Items provided for use for studio daily booth rent will be a toolbox, lighting, tattoo bed, chair, and use of shop computer and printer.
• Any other supplies other than what is listed above will be the independent contractor’s responsibility to provide.

1. Term

This Agreement term shall be for the duration of the date selected and purchased at checkout.

1. Independent Contractor Status

The Contractor is an independent contractor, not an employee of Little Savage Tattoo. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.

  The Independent Contractor:

• Shall supply their own tools, equipment, and supplies other than what’s listed above as provided.
• Is NOT eligible for walk-ins.
• Must leave booth clean and sanitize all shop equipment provided when done using booth.

5. Use of Premises

The Independent Contractor agrees to:

• Use the space solely for tattoo services;
• Maintain the booth in a clean and professional manner;
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, and shop policies as set by Little Savage Tattoo.

6. Liability

• The Contractor agrees to hold Little Savage Tattoo harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Independent Contractor’s services, conduct, or operations and is responsible for their own federal, state and local taxes and insurance.

7. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. By purchasing you are signing and agreeing to this agreement.
