Monthly Booth Rental Agreement

This Independent Contractor Agreement is entered into by and between:

Little Savage Tattoo LLC (“Company”)

AND

Your name when entered at checkout (“Independent Contractor”)

Effective Date: The date you enter at checkout upon purchasing the monthly booth rental agreement.

1. Purpose

The Contractor is renting a studio booth space at Little Savage Tattoo for the purpose of providing tattoo services as an independent contractor.

      2. Studio Booth Rent

• Independent Contractor agrees to pay $350 per month as booth rental.
• Booth rental payments will be automatically withdrawn each month after initial payment (autopay).

      3. Term 

Agreement shall continue on a month-to-month basis, unless terminated by either party in accordance with the terms herein.

      4. Independent Contractor Status

The Contractor is an independent contractor, not an employee of Little Savage Tattoo. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.

  The Independent Contractor:

• Shall supply their own tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Will receive their own studio webpage which includes online booking.
• Will make themselves available for at least two days per week on the Company’s website for booking service.
• Deposit amounts collected from the website’s online booking service will be divided equally (50/50) between the Company and the Independent Contractor after the 3.5% processing fee.
• Is eligible for walk-ins; first right of refusal is reserved for the contractor who has been renting their booth from the Company the longest.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the monthly rental agreement at any time.  The Contactor can cancel the auto payment and will not be charged for the following month.

If the Contractor’s card gets declined during auto-payment cycle the booth will immediately become available to rent to another contractor and they are to vacate that same day.

6. Use of Premises

The Independent Contractor agrees to:

• Use the booth space solely for tattoo services.
• Maintain the booth in a clean and professional manner.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations, and shop policies as set by Little Savage Tattoo.

7. Liability

• The Contractor agrees to hold Little Savage Tattoo harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the Independent Contractor’s services, conduct, or operations and is responsible for their own insurance, federal, state and local taxes.

8. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and is in governance with Common Law. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties
